Right to Submit a Complaint

If a defect appears, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months by sending an email to info@koosdisain.ee

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been handed over to the buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Online Store will refund all payments associated with the sales contract.

The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing within 15 days.


Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, and bank details) solely for processing orders and delivering goods to the buyer.

Personal data is shared with transport service providers only for the purpose of delivering the goods.

The Online Store sends newsletters and promotional offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has explicitly expressed their wish to receive such communications by providing their email address and consent.

The buyer may unsubscribe from promotional emails and newsletters at any time by notifying the Online Store via email or by following the instructions provided in the promotional email.


Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent by email to info@koosdisain.ee

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by mutual agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.

The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of complaints by the Committee is free of charge.

The buyer may also use the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
