Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days, unless the product falls under exceptions listed in § 53 (4) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act and is therefore not subject to the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods may only be used to the extent necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as would be allowed in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in value.

To return the goods, the buyer must submit a withdrawal statement by sending an email to info@koosdisain.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for return is that the returned item does not correspond to the order (e.g. incorrect or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within this period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement.

The Online Store may refuse to issue a refund until it has received the goods or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the additional cost.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from a sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price displayed in the Online Store was significantly below the market price due to an error.
