Terms and Conditions of Service
The owner of the online store koosdisain.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is OÜ Koosdisain (registry code 12633747), located at Luise 36 / Koidu 49, Tallinn 10142, Estonia.
Validity of the Sales Contract, Product and Price Information
All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Payments are processed via Maksekeskus.: bank and card payments from the most popular service providers in the Baltics, where payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro.
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made in the Online Store.
Product prices are displayed next to each product. Delivery costs are added to the product price.
Delivery fees depend on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed during checkout.
Information about each product is provided directly alongside the product in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required information fields and select a suitable delivery method. The total amount payable will then be displayed and can be paid via a bank link or other available payment methods.
The sales contract enters into force once the payable amount has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the item being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and all payments made (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
